Pergola is derived from the Latin word “pergule”, which means eaves, and is used in the Italian language to mean shade. Pergolas are products that can be completely opened and closed when desired, with awnings made to create a shade area by closing the openings horizontally, twisted and in the form of a roof.
Awning; Thanks to the engine located at the top of the system, it moves with the wheels on the rail profile. The engine transfers the movement with a steel belt. Thus, the rotating engine allows the awning to move up and down.
The system can be surrounded by sliding, folding and guillotine glass products and used as a winter garden.

PARTS AND APPLICATION
The bearings used in the carrier wheel sets must be coated with glass-reinforced polyamide material, which is a primary raw material plastic, to ensure silent and comfortable rotation.
All components used in the carrier wheel sets must be manufactured using stainless steel (Stainless Steel – SS) material.
The carrier motor of the system must have a carrying capacity of at least 120Nm. The carrier motor of the system must be of European (Italy, France, Germany, etc.) origin.
The motor movement transmission parts used in the system must be stainless or have a coating that will prevent rust.
The system must have a special stainless adjustment device that allows adjustment of the belt length.
The water drainage holes must be opened with a drill with a tip of at least 70mm from the original bearing in a way that will not cause visual damage to the profile.
In order to maximize insulation in the system, there should be insulation brushes/gaskets at the rail profile and awning joints, at the wall ends, and in all working spaces between the rail and the panel. These elements should not prevent comfortable movement.
The awning should move comfortably and silently during opening and closing.
The side covers used in the system should be made of steel and stainless steel.
Special plastic sealing washers or insulation products should be used at the bottom of the screws to prevent water leakage from the screw holes into the lower wall.

The awning fabric should be blackout fabric tarpaulin.
The awning should be resistant to temperatures of -30 C and 70 C.
It should have a fire-retardant structure.
LIGHTING
24 Volt, Samsung A+ Daylight LED or white lighting system should be used in the rail awning system.
LED lighting is subject to IP65 code. It works with 0.150 mA current.
The LEDs used should be designed with 3w power led as 1 piece per m2.
The specially designed molded polycarbonate material should be 700 Lumens, 3000 Kelvin.
It should have a design that allows LED replacement as easy as changing the bulb.
